BALOGALE DEVELOPERS cc was founded by Mogale Babas Setagane and Mologadi Alice Lekganyane with the aim of contributing to economic development in Limpopo province. They have been running the business from a shoe string budget due to lack of funding by financial institutions. However, this situation could not deter them as they seen. The business grow from strength to strength through the support of the local community. The motivation was to alleviate poverty while helping the local youth and women through job creation. There are few businesses that offer similar services but are not consistent and knowledgeable about the industry. The business saw a niche to offer specialized services on consistent basis to dominate the local market share.
Our Objectives
• To have a positive cash flow that will enable the business finance its own operations after a year. • To employ 3 more people EVERY 5 YEARS • To reach customer satisfaction rate of at least 50% after 2 years
